The '59 Gretsch® 6120 Chet Atkins Hollow Body made the sound that defined a generation. This model has special touches including trestle bracing, dual TV Jones® Classic pickups and a lacquer finish. Features include bound archtop body with bound oversized f holes, two-piece maple neck, bound ebony fingerboard with zero fret and Neo-Classic™ thumbnail inlays, three-position pickup switch, three-position master tone switch, gold plexi pickguard with "Chet Atkins" signature signpost, chrome "rocking bar" bridge, gold-plated hardware, gold-plated Grover® Sta-Tite™ tuners, bound headstock with curly maple overlay, and Bigsby® B6C vibrato tailpiece.
