Description
Now, a set neck, quilt top ESP guitar is more affordable than ever. That's right – ESP is now delivering a set-neck guitar at this low price! This thing is built like a classic single-cutaway instrument, complete with a 24-3/4 in. scale length and a Tune-o-matic bridge with a stop tailpiece. But this one is supercharged with EMG-HZ humbuckers and that incredible quilted maple top. Other features include black hardware, an agathis body, a 3-piece mahogany neck with a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard (XJ frets), and neck/headstock binding.
In Depth
EMG-H4
The H4 is the equivalent of EMG's 81 Active Pickup without the "Active". It uses two bar-loaded coils for that "Balls to the Walls" tone. The EMG-H4 pickup has become a bridge pickup of choice for the ESP.

Double Action Truss Rods
All ESP/LTD guitars and basses feature a "double-action" truss rod design. Unlike a normal (single) truss rod, this one is adjustable in two different directions. This means that you'll never run into a situation where the neck has "run out of adjustment". Regardless of which ESP model you choose, you'll get years and years of playing enjoyment.
