The EQ4 bass drum heads has a punch, solid attack, more low-end and a larger non-removable muffle ring.
The muffle ring will vary in width depending on the diameter of the head to keep the sound consistent. There are no dry vents.
The EQ4 provides durability and optimum slap without sacrificing bottom end. The width of the internal overtone control ring varies in proportion to diameter, offering optimum control.

EQ heads have an internal overtone control ring on the inside of the batter and resonant heads that eliminates unwanted overtones, increases attack and controls the amount of sustain from your bass.
