International Ordering Policy
8th Street Music welcomes orders for shipment to addresses in the U.S., Canada, possessions and territories of the U.S. and APO and FPO addresses. Not all products are eligible for International and APO orders, please call 1-800-878-8882 with any questions.
Orders for international shipments may be subject to additional handling charges, higher shipping rates, applicable customs, duties and taxes, all of which are the customer's responsibility. International customers must take responsibility for all shipping costs associated with their purchases and/or subsequent problems, including manufacturer's funds, by a cashier's check drawn on a U.S. bank, by wire transfer, US Money Order or credit card (upon approval). Scanned documents sent via e-mail are also acceptable at the sole discretion of 8th Street Music, Inc. International orders can also be placed by calling the U.S. telephone number 1-856-662-0800 and speaking with a Sales Associate directly to help you to process your order or Email us at customerservice@8thstreet.com.
Any orders that are refused at time of delivery will be subject to all associated shipping costs including the shipping costs for the product(s) to be returned to 8th Street Music. A handling fee also may be charged for international orders that have been processed and shipped, and then refused at time of delivery.
Please be aware that many products' warranties do not provide coverage outside the U.S., and some products may not be exported under any circumstances due to manufacturers' restrictions or U.S. law. 8th Street Music makes no representations regarding warranty coverage, compatibility, or serviceability for products that are used outside the U.S.
Yamaha Corporation prohibits the sale of it products to areas outside the U.S.
Fender Musical Instruments Corporation prohibits the sale of it products to areas outside the U.S.
