What happens if my order is not in stock?

If you place an order online and any of the products you ordered are not in stock, you will receive an e-mail notifying you of which products are not available and approximately how long they will be out of stock. Occasionally, some products are backordered by the manufacturer for an extended period of time. In these cases, it is not always possible to keep our customers constantly informed as to the status of the pending order. If you know that your product has been backordered and it's been a while, just call us at 800-878-8882 with your OrderID and CustomerID and we'll try and give you more updated information.
