How do I find out the status of my order?

If you place an order online and your product is in stock, and provided there were no problems in verifying and processing your credit card info, you will receive your UPS Tracking Number via e-mail within 48 hours of placing your order. If you place your order late in the day (EST) on a Friday, on a Saturday or Sunday, this may take a little longer, but we send out tracking numbers for every order that ships. If you know that your order is out of stock and you haven't heard anything for a few days, you can call us at 800-878-8882 to get updated information regarding your order.
