The TRI-CAPTURE from Roland is a multifaceted USB interface that provides 2 inputs and 2 outputs simultaneously (44.1 and 48kHz only). The unit is optimized for personal and mobile recording, vocal and guitar recording, and streaming-internet applications.
A mixer-like design features dedicated front-panel controls making it easy to mix, control and monitor a variety of signals. An XLR input provides switchable phantom power for use with condenser microphones, while a 1/4" jack accepts a guitar or bass, and a stereo instrument or device can be connected to the AUX input.
A REC MODE section provides selection of recording functions, including LOOP BACK for web streaming applications. TRI-CAPTURE is full-featured yet portable, USB bus powered for a clean, simple setup, and includes ultra-stable, low-latency drivers for both Mac and PC platforms.
