Description

The Powerpod 740 R from Phonic is a powered 7-channel mixer that offers quality audio in a compact design. Ideal for front-of-house applications, the mixer is bridgeable and patchable and features an integrated handle and 4 durable feet to isolate the mixer from vibrations. Dual internal amplifiers each provide 220W of output power for a strong performance. An integrated USB recorder and playback device lets you easily capture all performances and transfer the recordings to a computer. A 32/40-bit digital multi-effects processor offers 16 programs, plus parameter control and a footswitch jack.

The mixer has 7 balanced XLR mic inputs with rumble filters and 10 1/4" line inputs, 2 of which are optimized for direct instrument input. Global 48V phantom power is provided for condenser microphones. The amplifier has a master 7-band graphic EQ, and each input channel is equipped with a 3-band EQ, level control, and monitor and effect sends. The amplifier has 2 built-in limiters and channels 1-4 offer pad control. A 1/4" aux input is provided, along with stereo RCA input and output connectors for connecting additional equipment. The RCA output has a trim control for record level matching. The power is switchable between 115 and 230VAC for international use.
