The U-Mix 44 from Mixvibes is a portable USB audio interface for the DJ, especially useful for the DJ that owns a MIDI controller without any soundcard. The interface is also compatible with all major music applications like Cubase, Logic, Ableton Live, Reason, etc.
Beside standard recording and playback functionalities the interface provides everything needed for professional music production. The compact case houses 2 stereo analog input channels and 2 stereo analog output channels on RCA connectors. The stereo headphone output is connected to Channel 2 to provide a full monitoring for DJ applications.
The included Mixvibes Easy REC software is a fast solution for transferring a vinyl record collection into a digital format. The software includes 3 components - Vinyl Ripper for ripping and encoding the vinyl, Audio Recorder records and encodes any audio source (audio tape, radio, microphone, etc.) and the Audacity audio editor.
Also included is MixVibes DVS LE, a software application allowing you to control your MP3s directly from a traditional turntable or CD player thanks to Mixvibes' Digital Vinyl System (DVS) technology. This light edition of Mixvibes DVS 7 includes advanced media management, numerous adjustable FX (echo, flanger, delay, reverb, and more) and allows you to control a single turntable through timecode.
