WMS 40 Mini The WMS 40 Mini instrumental systems features AKG's unique HDAP (High Definition Audio Performance) technology ensures the best possible, most realistic sound at any time. The system includes an SR 40 MINI receiver, a PT 40 MINI pocket transmitter, a MKG L instrument cable, a universal power supply with US/UK/EU adapter, and one AA size dry battery.
The SR 40 Mini receiver provides three status LEDs indicating ON/OFF status, received signal strength (RF OK), and audio clipping (AF CLIP). The VOLUME control sets the level at the ΒΌ" output jack. The supplied switched mode power supply operates on any AC voltage from 110 to 240 VAC and includes EU, UK, and US adapters.
The PT 40 Mini bodypack is probably the smallest and lightest transmitter in its class. A reliable mini XLR output allows you to connect every compatible AKG miniature microphone. A single AA size battery will do to power both the transmitter and a condenser microphone connected to it. Battery life of the transmitter is the same legendary "30 hours off a single AA battery" as for the WMS 40 models, reducing the need to replace batteries and thus saving real money in the long run.
SE10 Headworn Microphone The SE10 is a low profile, headworn, micro-miniature condenser microphone with a 3mm capsule. Its excellent audio reproduction makes it perfect for spoken word, fitness and other vocal applications.
The microphone can be easily shaped to fit the left or right ear and the unique retaining band holds the mic in place even when used in fitness applications. Plus, the omnidirectional pickup pattern results in a clear and articulate reproduction, regardless of the position of the capsule relative to the sound source. Its water resistant coating also provides protection from sweat and other moisture during high-energy performances.
The SE10 is particularly well suited for use with Samson wireless systems. And with four included adapters, the microphone can be used with most any other manufacturer's wireless beltpack systems. Manufactured with extreme care and the highest quality components, the SE10 delivers exceptionally clear, articulate sound with reliable performance in an extremely low profile design.
