Description
This large-diaphragm cardioid condenser was designed for universal use in the studio, in broadcast applications, and to artfully tackle the rigors of the stage. The C3000B has a gold sputtered, 1" Mylar diaphragm and produces the classic warm & transparent sound that AKG has developed through five decades of engineering expertise. The C3000B’s switchable -10dB pad and 12dB/octave LF cut make it versatile for both vocal and instrument applications. Its classic character and rugged construction allows the C3000B to work durably in live sound applications. Thoughtful construction includes an internal suspension cradle, a two-part, heavy-duty body and hard gold-plated contacts that resist aging and corrosion. Includes spider suspension mount.

The C 3000 B is a large-diaphragm cardioid condenser microphone for universal use, designed and made specifically to suit the needs of musicians as well as the rigors of the stage.
